Once our laboratory receives your samples, we begin testing right away. Results are available in 3 to 5 days. As soon as the results are available, we will be able to release them to you immediately. You will have full contact with our laboratory throughout the testing process. You are welcome to call or Email our laboratory to check on the progress of your test and to receive the results by telephone as soon as they become available, or you may check your results online. The paper documents can be mailed to the address that you specify.

Families who need to know the results of paternity can collect the samples discreetly in the privacy of their own homes and send the samples to Genetrack for accurate analysis. Results are available in only 5 days. The whole procedure can be completed discreetly with no embarrassment. The test can be completed even if the mother is not available by just testing the father and child. If the father is not available, the grandparents, aunts and uncles could be tested. We can even complete the test using forensic samples (e.g. chewing gum, blood stains, hair).
